Yes, we do split sizes and that is an additional $95.00. You go to 728 E and order 15 10E and then go to the Special Order section and click on the order button and a $95.00 additional charge ( for the split transaction) will be added to the cart.

I want to apologize ( I guess I’m answering too many emails -but that is great) we can do the 728E in the 2E because we have made the shoe in that sizes but cut the size from our stock

I’ve selected the shoe, add to the cart in the 14 10e, and then I clicked special order add to the cart.

No, there is no active coupon – a program that was discontinued a long time ago
HOW TO ORDER:
Go, (Frist) to 728 E and place an order for the 15 10E as one entry and that will add to the cart
Second, go to special order and click where it states “click here to order” and a charge of $95.00 will be added to your cart
Third – you don’t need to do anything else other than giving your credit information and personal information because we have the information of 15 10E for the left foot and 14 2E for the right foot already in our records.
Now, if you want to find where it states “Special instruction” on the cart and you can fill out “728E Black Left 15 10E and 14 2E right as a split order.”
