Hi Ashley,
Just need you to send the face sheets to us, and we do the rest. The residents need to have Medicare as their primary insurances (Medi/Medi good example)and be diabetic. Once we received the face sheets – will see if they qualify with Medicare and will see all the residents next week.

They can be short term or long term residents and don’t have to be ambulatory – non-ambulatory (wheelchair).
