Ron Heinlein is a person that’s involved in the shoe business for the past 50 years. We all know how hard it is to find the proper fit, support, balance, construction that makes your day so enjoyable from start to finsh when wearing the proper footwear. Well, Ron will help you find this perfect fit and it can the first time out the gate or second effort to make it works(whatever it takes)

Hello, this is the size I wanted to buy for my brother 8.5 super extra wide 9e. 504 C Charcot boot tie. Is this correct? But this is the measurement we did. My brother has minimal swelling on his feet.

Hi Teresita,
With your brother’s measurements, he is a 9 (10″ measurement ) in length and with 5″ width he a 14E width
Now here’s what can do:
Ist, you want the 504 but not the 504 C (that for a person that has a charcot foot), and this is not the case of your brother because he had a charcot foot that would be in the conversation now.
Here’s an explanation of charcot by viewing the video:
2nd, 504 does not come in a 10E or 14E in our stock program ( in the future we can put him in a 9 14E width dealing with a 504 boot – but that is special – order – additional cost. We can go to (now) a 728E in a 9 14E with and see if this size fits great and then we can order a boot (like the 504) in a 9 14E ( knowing the size is correct)
3rd, is that the 504 does not come in a 14E width and if your not willing to try step 2 first – then we can go to a 504 and put him in a 10 9E to see if that will fit and this can be returned or exchange because it is a stock shoe that we have in our 5 warehouses. There are only 1/16 ” difference between half sizes ( when dealing with our footwear), and we are putting you brother in a 2/16′ length longer and will give him more ball width and should be wide enough for him.
If you agree with number 3 then go ahead and order the shoe, and he’ll receive the boot and three pairs of Heat Moldable Customized Inserts that will make a world of differences – Oh Yes, these Inserts are free,
If you want to start with step 2 – then go ahead and order the 728 E in a 9 14E width and we can work from there- in the future

We also want to create the appropriate health for your feet, and that done with proper footwear and proper inserts. The following information you’ll be reading is what is necessary to attain perfect health for your feet.
Please allow us to get you fitted with the proper footwear and hopefully, with our help, you will be working your way to success in keeping the disease out of your feet. We, at DTF Co, can show you the proper footwear and the need to have the proper inserts to keep this diabetes out of your feet. Footwear can be fashionable (and we have that), but the ultimate purpose of the shoe is to control upper support and off-load any problems that you have on the top of your foot. If you are experiencing issues with the bottom of your feet, then it is the job of a proper, removable insert to correct them. Many people believe it is the shoe that solves all, or most, of the problems for people with diabetes or people with significant foot problems, but that is not always the case. Off-loading requires three elements; corrections, added support and developing added circulation, to keep this disease out of your feet.
