AN EMAIL THAT SHOWS OUR EFFORT AND DESIRE TO ACCOMPLISH CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND ALL DONE THROUGH WWW.DTFOOTWEAR.COM

A customer that receive her shoes for brother and the shoe did not fit. We call us and ask how we can return, and we gave her the procedure and stated that we would issue a credit to her credit card.
I felt she needed help and that night I send this email to her:
I think you’re the person that call me about, today, about the return dealing with your brother’s shoes from Dtfootwear.com.

    Hi Kristy,
If you’re the person that called about the return – you never ask me about any solution to your bother sizing. If you don’t want to help him or I have the wrong person – then ignore this email, but you want to fit your brother correctly – I need information from you ( that is sizing information by inches)The Proper Sizing Technique – DTF – Designer Therapeutic Footwear. I think you’re the lady that called me a few days ago asking if we carried 10E widths for men? We are here to help and we can with your help and will eventually get him into all the styles that he would love- promise. WE AT http://WWW.DTFOOTWEAR.COM DO CARE!
If you’re that person, you made the wrong decision in choosing (I’m guessing) a larger size in a 16 and in width of 9E- ( let me explain why) especially the 9702 Solid Black color – because all the darker colors in an athletic shoe will be tighter because of the amount of dye that’s needed to create the color – black – all dark athletic footwear will run tighter than a lighter color. Our athletic uppers are construction on an athletic bottom, and a 9 E runs closer to a 7E or an 8E in width- because of the limitations of the width of the bottom. The athletic bottoms have no true extension to the structure – that your brother or anybody else – that needs a 10E width would need. We can help your brother, and with the proper information, we can fit him – GUARANTEE. I need some extra effort or communication to make this happen, and I will NOT be able to fit him in athletic footwear (at first) if he needs a 10E or 14E width. I would start him with the most comfortable footwear on the planet – especially for those that need extra extra extra wide widths, and that is 728E. This shoe is for maximum comfort ( to win his convenience over) and arriving at that correct sizing for future orders.
