Mr. Heinlein,
I appreciate the fast shipment of the shoes. Being obese (500 lbs) with short wide feet with high arches, it is very hard to find comfortable wide shoes. I tried on the shoes and was disappointed with the width. I have to always buy 11-12 size shoes from Walmart or regular stores because the width presses the fat of my feet over the sold of the shoes causing extreme supination. I’m returning the shoes Monday, October 29th. I need to know if I can get the Mt. Emery shoes with 12E (9E seemed like a 4E to me) and 11 inches, because I feel like I will have to increase length so that the top of foot does make me have to loosen the strings all the way due to my high arches. Seemed like the top of the flaps (where the string loops are) were closer to my ankle also than I was expecting. I do not like velcro because my feet causes the velcro only to stick to 1/3 of the length after putting shoes on. What is the process from returning a shipment and difference in price with a special order? I tried Propet and New Balance and they don’t have the shoes wide enough. I am desperate to find white sneakers that can fit well.

We received your shoes back, this past week, from our Return Dept but never received the information that we discussed above emails -about you giving us your correct measurement – where we can fit in the proper length and width?
Let me know what you want to do,
Thank you,
