The answer is yes and no. It depends on what toes are missing and if your missing toes will not be able to stop the forward movement to your foot inside the shoe.

If it is the 1^st and 2^nd flange (toes) that will be a yes.  Your movement will tend to have a forward movement, and this can create a deal of major irritation. If it is the 3^rd or 4^th flange, you’ll most like not need a customized insert inside your shoe – the reason is that the 1^st, 2^nd and 5^th will be your support in not having that forward movement.

Then you send the foam box back to use and inform us the size of your shoe and make sure your shoe has a removable insole, which you can fully take it out and replace the new insert inside. Your shoe has to have a deep enough construction to hold this type of toe filler insert. If not, it is time for a new pair of shoes that will accommodate this type of an insert.
